Foundation Departments or Divisions help the foundation thrive in its different areas. Some departments help defend against threats, some help keep personnel doing their job and some research on SCP's!
Below are the foundations departments.
The Security Department (SD) is the foundations first line of defence against all threats including but not limited to: Hostile Class-Disposable personnel, Chaos Insurgency Members, SCP Breaches.
The Mobile Task Force (MTF) consists of the best and most skilled operatives within the SCP Foundation. MTF deals with numerous situations regarding the foundation such as the re-containing of breached SCPs and fighting off our enemies. Task forces vary in size and purpose depending on the current circumstances. MTF are usually organized and dispatched when an emergency is underway at a facility. Each task force has certain tasks to follow.
Science and Research Division (ScD) makes up the primary studies of the Foundation, meaning it is one of the most important roles to occupy. As such, there are a set of rules that ScD Personnel must comply with, in order to create and maintain a good balance, and effectively execute the duties of the ScD. The ScD is responsible for studying SCPs acquired by the Foundation.
The Ethics Committee (EC) is one of the most important departments that the foundations holds. They manage all written documents and motions to be put into action aswell as enforcing these laws/motions. They work with the Omega-1 Task Force of the MTF to enforce these laws and motions.
The Medical Department (MD) is tasked with looking out for the well being of the Foundation's personnel. The MD goes through the difficult task of curing any unknown wounds, traumas and so on due to the Foundation's natural workspace and effects on the personnel. The MD specializes in several fields from general anatomy to mental studies.
The Engineering & Technical Service Department (E&T) is responsible for all of the technical aspects and everyday services of all facilities and equipment. This department is tasked with also designing new containment zones for SCPs. E&T personnel is responsible for ensuring that all facility systems operate normally and that no technical errors occur.
The Department of External Relations (DER) focuses on relations with other foundations as well as groups of interests in discussing terms of alliance or hostilities. The DER is filled with the Foundation's most charismatic personnel with influential minds in achieving their diplomatic goals.
The Administrative Department (AD) is for divisional directors and their divisional representatives. This department is headed by the O5 Council in allowing division heads to communicate with other departments and working to fix any problems in each division.
The Manufacturing Department is the development branch of the Foundation. This division is responsible for building anything beneficial to the foundation. The manufacturing department is the very reason why the Foundation has advanced technology for the sites.
The Specialized Control Unit (SCU) is a Sub-Division force of the Security Department. This department deals with oncoming threats to the facility, Your job here is to remove all oncoming threats to the facility. If there are any riots, this is your job.
The Combat Medics (CM) complete the same tasks of ordinary SD, similar to the SCU. While they don't have distinctive duties on the level of the SCU, they do have various tasks of priority relating to their focus such as Healing wounded combatives while fighting for the foundation.
The Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) is a security and law enforcement agency that acts as a Sub-Division of the Department of External Relations. Its primary mission is to protect diplomatic assets, personnel and information.
Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 (A1) is a task force that reports directly to the O5 Council and is used in situations that require the strictest operational security. The task force consists of the Foundation's best and most loyal operatives.
Mobile Task Force Beta-7 (B7) specializes in the acquisition and containment of anomalies exhibiting extreme biological, chemical, or radiological hazards as well as the rapid containment and cleanup of areas affected by such anomalies. This includes the planning and deployment of contingencies for wide-area or pandemic spread of anomalous disease agents or other contagious phenomena.
Mobile Task Force Nu-7 (N7), is a battalion-strength Armed Mobile Task Force that is sent on operations where communication is lost with sites, typically due to catastrophic events involving breaches or GoI attack.
MTF Omega-1 (O1) is a Mobile Task Force serving directly under the Ethics Committee. They are authorized to apprehend or eliminate high-ranking SCP Foundation personnel that have egregiously violated the Foundation Code of Ethics.
